Our Story
Hillside Gardens sits on South Main Street in Springwater — not as a chain, not as a convenience, but as a neighbor. We started with a simple conviction: the best groceries and the best bread don't need a fancy storefront. They need fresh ingredients, honest work, and a willingness to say good morning to every person who walks through the door.
Every morning, our ovens are running before the sun is fully up. The sourdough, the cinnamon rolls, the fresh baguettes — none of it comes frozen, none of it sits overnight. If it's on our shelf, it's because we made it or chose it with care.
